This site belongs to Victory Rentals LLC, a small family business in Cincinnati run by Preston Oglesbee. This page explains what information the website and its service providers handle when you browse, send an inquiry, or request a direct booking.

Information you choose to provide

Inquiry forms may ask for your name, phone number or email, travel dates, group size, message, or — on the property-owner side of the site — a property address. Direct-booking checkout may ask for guest and reservation details, identity-verification information, acceptance of a rental agreement, and payment information.

Who handles it

Formsubmit delivers website inquiries to my inbox. Hospitable provides the availability, direct-booking, payment, agreement, identity-verification, and reservation tools. The website is hosted by Netlify. Those providers process information to perform their services under their own terms and privacy notices. Airbnb and Vrbo handle any booking you make on their platforms.

I do not receive or store your full card number through this website, and I do not sell or rent your personal information. I may share information with service providers that operate the site or a reservation, and when reasonably necessary for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, accounting, or insurance purposes.

How I use it

I use inquiry information to reply to you. I use reservation information to review and administer a booking, communicate with guests, prevent fraud, provide the stay, handle payments or refunds through the booking provider, and meet legal, tax, insurance, and accounting obligations.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not run behavioral advertising. It uses GoatCounter for privacy-focused visit counting. If Google Analytics is enabled, it may process device, browser, page, referral, approximate-location, and online-identifier information so I can understand which pages and booking paths work. Hospitable may also use storage or identifiers needed to operate and measure its booking flow. Browser privacy controls and provider opt-out tools may limit some of this processing.

Payment authorization

A direct booking request can cause your bank to show a temporary card authorization or hold. Payment is captured through the booking provider if the request is accepted. The checkout screen shows the applicable price, fees, cancellation terms, and agreement before you submit.

How long information is kept

I keep inquiries only as long as reasonably needed to respond and manage the relationship. Reservation, payment, tax, dispute, and safety records may be kept longer when needed to provide the stay or meet legal, accounting, insurance, and fraud-prevention obligations. Service providers apply their own retention rules.
