This site belongs to Victory Rentals LLC, a small family business in Cincinnati run by Preston Oglesbee. There's no marketing department and no data operation behind it — just me. Here's exactly what happens with anything you share.

What this site collects

Only what you type into a contact form: your name, a phone number or email, and — depending on the form — a property address or your travel dates, group size, and message. If you never fill out a form, the site collects nothing about you personally.

Where it goes

Straight to my inbox, and nowhere else. Form messages are delivered by Formsubmit, a form-delivery service that passes your message to my email. I don't sell, rent, share, or trade your information with anyone — no marketing lists, no data brokers, ever.

What I use it for

To reply to you. That's it. If you ask about selling a building, I'll get back to you about your building. If you ask about a stay, I'll get back to you about your dates. If you tell me now isn't the right time, I won't keep contacting you.

Cookies and analytics

This site doesn't run advertising trackers. If simple visit counting is enabled, it's the privacy-focused kind (how many people visited, roughly from where) — not the kind that follows you around the internet.

Booking links

The "Stay With Us" pages link to our listings on Airbnb and VRBO. If you book there, those companies handle your booking under their own privacy policies.
