How many people can you host?
The three group houses sleep 20, 22, and 30+, and you book the whole house. Getting a bigger group together? Ask me — I can sometimes hold more than one house for the same weekend.
Where are the houses?
East Walnut Hills — a historic, walkable neighborhood on Cincinnati's East Side. You're minutes from downtown Cincinnati, Over-the-Rhine, Paycor Stadium (formerly Paul Brown Stadium), Great American Ball Park, Xavier University, the University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati Children's Hospital and the surrounding medical campus, Hyde Park, and Oakley.
How does check-in work?
Self check-in with a smart lock, so you arrive on your own schedule. I send full check-in details a few days before you get here, and I'm reachable the whole stay if you need anything.
Is there parking?
Yes — free street parking, and some houses also have a driveway. Once I know which house and how many cars, I'll tell you exactly what to expect.
Can we book it for a wedding group?
Absolutely — I love hosting wedding groups! Although we don't allow the event itself at the house, many of our guests use the homes to get ready before their event. Reach out with your dates and party size and I'll help you sort out the right house, or a block of houses.
Can we book for a corporate retreat, church group, or photo shoot?
Yes. Corporate retreats, church groups, family reunions, sports teams, photo and video shoots — groups are what these houses are for. Tell me your dates and headcount and I'll point you to the right house, or a combination that fits everyone.
How do we book?
Use the Airbnb or VRBO buttons for the house you want, or send me your dates and group size. I’ll help you choose the right house or put together a multi-house group block.
Any house rules I should know?
Our houses are in quiet, residential neighborhoods, so we have firm quiet hours after 10 PM and ask for no gatherings outside at night. The houses are smoke-free and we don't allow pets. Inside, enjoy yourselves.
