We designed this house for large groups that want to travel together, but still may want their own space too.

The space
The house is split into two private apartments. Each one has its own entrance, its own kitchen, its own living space, and its own bathrooms — so a group of twenty can be under one roof without being on top of each other. Self check-in with smart lock keypads makes arrivals easy.
Situated in the historic neighborhood of East Walnut Hills, you are minutes from top Cincinnati wedding venues in Walnut Hills, Over-the-Rhine, Downtown, and Northern Kentucky.
Guests have full access to both apartments, the outdoor area, and the driveway.
Other things to note
There are a few exterior steps at the doors and interior stairs between floors.
Need room for more? The house next door sleeps another 22, and the two book together for groups up to 42. Ask me and I will sort it out.

We rented out both condos and this was perfect for my best friend's bachelorette party. It was such a quiet area. The units were perfect for our group. The Cincinnati greenery wall was a major hit before going out every night!
My extended family stayed in Preston's home while in town for a wedding. The location was perfect, the home was beautiful and comfortable, the main floor unit was great for my grandmother. We very much appreciated the simple things like baby gates for my 11 month old, hangers in the closets, coffee for my MIL … not a detail was missed.
This was the perfect spot for our family to stay while visiting extended family. Off street parking, clean, comfortable bedding and furniture, well decorated, all the amenities, and in an area that made getting places simple.
I love this place! It's my second time hosting a retreat here with a small group and it's the most inspiring, clean, spacious, and accommodating space!
Such a great house and host! My wedding party stayed here and it was perfect for getting ready! During the day of the wedding, we kept the boys in the back unit and it was perfect!

The Neighborhood
Where you’ll be.
East Walnut Hills is a historic, walkable neighborhood on Cincinnati's East Side. Skyline Chili is at the end of the street. Heyday is around the corner for cheeseburgers, Gomez for tacos, and Urbana for coffee. Fireside does the pizza. A little further out you have Eli's BBQ, The Eagle in Over-the-Rhine, Montgomery Inn Boathouse, Sleepy Bee for breakfast in Oakley, and Graeter's for ice cream.

House rules
- Check-in 4:00 PM · check-out 11:00 AM
- No pets
- Smoke-free inside the building
- No outside guests and no events — registered overnight guests plus vendors you need, like a photographer or hair and makeup
- Keep the noise down after 10:00 PM, especially outdoors — this is a residential street
- Lock the apartment doors and the front door when you head out
Safety & accessibility

Cancellation
- Cancel within 48 hours of booking and you get everything back — as long as you booked at least 14 days before check-in.
- After that, cancel at least 7 days before check-in and 50% of the accommodation total is refundable; cleaning fees and taxes are refunded in the same proportion.
- On a partial refund, Hospitable retains the guest service fee. A full refund includes that fee.
- Inside 7 days of check-in the booking is non-refundable.
