Plan a church, school, choir or youth trip around a room arrangement the leaders understand. Our East Walnut Hills houses have private apartments, kitchens and a whole house for your group. Send the headcount, vehicle plans and chaperone needs so we can work through the details.
Start with a draft plan for leaders, chaperones and young people. Each private apartment has its own entrance, kitchen, bathrooms, living room and sleeping spaces. Divide the overnight group into smaller units while staying at the same house.
Assign an adult to each apartment and any private bedroom needed by a leader. Capacities include queen air mattresses in living areas; room descriptions explain semi-private spaces. Check these arrangements against your organization's supervision requirements.
The house is accommodation for registered guests. No parties or events, no pets and no smoking; quiet hours are 10 PM to 9 AM. Keep rehearsals, services and outside gatherings in your trip's planned venues. Share the house rules with families and leaders so expectations are clear before travel day.

The home is beautiful and unique. Our youth group loved staying here. There were games, air mattresses, all of the cleaning supplies, spices in the cabinets, and even a full array of toiletries. It is easy to locate and access. The owner was courteous and helpful.

Well we are another group who had a great stay here! We were a youth group in town to do Kings Island and go to the Ark. Everything was great and the 3 levels made it very easy to split up guys/girls/adults. We really didn’t need anything during our stay but the hosts were very quick to respond to any message just to keep communication lines open. If we bring another group to Cincinatti we will definitely be back here!
I was more than pleased with our stay. We planned a family trip to visit the Ark Encounter and decided to stay in Cincinnati. This was my first experience with an airbnb and it couldn’t have been better. The house was exactly as pictured. All 3 units were immaculate. Each unit had their own laundry/dryer, kitchen area, and living space which was nice for privacy and quite time. We are a family of fifteen adults and three toddlers so having separate areas was helpful to not overcrowd. We used the living area and kitchen in the third unit as the main gathering place for family. It was also very nice to have a high chair and baby gate handy because those are things we forgot to pack. My family plans to visit again in the future and we will be booking with Preston.
Good to Know
Each apartment has separate living facilities, while your reservation covers the whole house. Use the floor plans to check sleeping and supervision assignments, then share the proposed arrangement with me.
Send vehicle types and sizes before booking. Historic Gem has driveway and street parking; the other houses use street parking. Confirm the fit for any larger vehicle before committing to it for your trip.
Check-in is 4 PM and checkout is 11 AM. Bag drop or early arrival can often work when no guests leave that morning. When there is a same-day checkout, it depends on the turnover. Ask with your planned arrival time and wait for confirmation.
Airbnb limits a single booking to 16 guests, while the houses have capacities of 20, 22 and 32. Send the inquiry with your complete overnight count, including adults and children, and say if you need multiple houses. The house listing links go to Airbnb and VRBO for booking.
