We designed this house for large groups that want to travel together, but still may want their own space too.

The space
Situated in the historic neighborhood of Walnut Hills, you are conveniently located minutes from top Cincinnati wedding venues in Walnut Hills, Over-the-Rhine, Downtown, and Northern Kentucky.
Guests have full access to the entire house via a smart lock keypad — all three units and the outdoor area.
The artwork throughout the house was painted by my mother. You will see her signature, J Preston Oglesbee, on the pieces as you go.
Other things to note
Like many Cincinnati properties, ours is at the top of a hill. It is 26 steps from the street up to the front door, and there are interior steps to get to the second and third floors. There is no wheelchair ramp. This home is not the best fit for those with mobility issues — if anyone in your group has trouble with stairs, put them in the first-floor unit.

We had a wonderful time staying here! There was plenty of space for people to spread out between the three units with each having their own living rooms and kitchens.
We had a group of 12 friends book the whole house and it couldn't have been more perfect. Stunning features, very clean & comfortable, and so much space! The kitchens and bathrooms had lots of amenities.
Great place for a large group in Cincy. It is central to most of the downtown area. We had a group of 25 and slept comfortably.

The Neighborhood
Where you’ll be.
East Walnut Hills is a historic, walkable neighborhood on Cincinnati's East Side. Skyline Chili is at the end of the street. Heyday is around the corner for cheeseburgers, Gomez for tacos, and Urbana for coffee. Fireside does the pizza. A little further out you have Eli's BBQ, The Eagle in Over-the-Rhine, Montgomery Inn Boathouse, Sleepy Bee for breakfast in Oakley, and Graeter's for ice cream.

Things to Know
The practical stuff, up front.
House rules
- Check-in 4:00 PM · check-out 11:00 AM
- Earlier check-in — as early as noon — when nobody checks out that morning
- No pets
- Smoke-free inside the building
- No outside guests and no events — registered overnight guests plus vendors you need, like a photographer or hair and makeup
- Quiet hours 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM, especially outdoors
- Lock the unit doors and the front door when you head out
Safety & accessibility
- Outdoor security cameras on the exterior of the building. None inside, ever.
- Smoke and carbon-monoxide detectors, fire extinguisher, and a first-aid kit in each unit
- 26 steps from the street up to the front door, and no wheelchair ramp — this is an 1895 house on a hill, and I would rather tell you now than have you find out on arrival
- Interior stairs to the second and third floors. Anyone who struggles with stairs should take the first-floor unit.
- Stair gates available if you are travelling with little ones
Cancellation
- Cancel within 48 hours of booking and you get everything back — as long as you booked at least 14 days before check-in.
- After that, cancel at least 7 days before check-in and 50% of the accommodation total is refundable; cleaning fees and taxes are refunded in the same proportion.
- On a partial refund, Hospitable retains the guest service fee. A full refund includes that fee.
- Inside 7 days of check-in the booking is non-refundable.
