The space
You get the whole building — all three apartments. Each has its own entrance, its own kitchen, its own living space, and its own bathroom or two. Five bathrooms across the building means nobody is waiting on a shower, which is the thing wedding parties actually care about. Self check-in with smart lock keypads makes arrivals easy.
Situated in the historic neighborhood of East Walnut Hills, you are minutes from top Cincinnati wedding venues in Walnut Hills, Over-the-Rhine, Downtown, and Northern Kentucky.
Guests have full access to all three apartments and the outdoor area.
Other things to note
There are a few exterior steps up to the front door, and interior stairs between floors. There is also a back entrance off the sidewalk with only one step, which opens straight into a first-floor bedroom — worth knowing if anyone in your group would rather skip the front steps.
Need room for more? The house next door sleeps another 20, and the two book together for groups up to 42. Ask me and I will sort it out.

Preston was very responsive and helpful! I had my best friend's bachelorette weekend here, and we really loved the layout. Perfect for separate friend groups or families coming together, loved the privacy each unit gave as well as the shared spaces for group time.
This was our second Thanksgiving at Preston's place and it was equally as fantastic as last year. Everything was clean and ready for our visit. I love that this house has 3 separate apartments so that different families can have separate spaces as desired.
This home fit the needs of our family of 10 perfectly. We have 4 adult children and their spouses and we had plenty of room for everyone. We had the beds we needed and privacy for each couple and plenty of bathrooms and kitchen spaces.
Great spot for a larger group. 3 units inside the house that allowed for some alone time but also very easy to have the group together to hangout. … We walked the neighborhood and found some gems. Easy uber ride to Xavier area, downtown, and OTR.
Fabulous place for our wedding parties to get ready at and sleep at after our wedding! Thank you so much for having us!
Preston's place was awesome. Plenty of space for our group to spread out and chill but also nice living spaces/kitchens to come together and hang out. The number of bathrooms and individual beds was great. Neighborhood is really cute and we felt very safe!

The Neighborhood
Where you’ll be.
East Walnut Hills is a historic, walkable neighborhood on Cincinnati's East Side. Skyline Chili is at the end of the street. Heyday is around the corner for cheeseburgers, Gomez for tacos, and Urbana for coffee. Fireside does the pizza. A little further out you have Eli's BBQ, The Eagle in Over-the-Rhine, Montgomery Inn Boathouse, Sleepy Bee for breakfast in Oakley, and Graeter's for ice cream.

House rules
- Check-in 4:00 PM · check-out 11:00 AM
- No pets
- Smoke-free inside the building
- No outside guests and no events — registered overnight guests plus vendors you need, like a photographer or hair and makeup
- Keep the noise down after 10:00 PM, especially outdoors — this is a residential street
- Lock the apartment doors and the front door when you head out
Safety & accessibility
- Smoke and carbon-monoxide detectors, fire extinguisher, and a first-aid kit

Cancellation
- Cancel within 48 hours of booking and you get everything back — as long as you booked at least 14 days before check-in.
- After that, cancel at least 7 days before check-in and 50% of the accommodation total is refundable; cleaning fees and taxes are refunded in the same proportion.
- On a partial refund, Hospitable retains the guest service fee. A full refund includes that fee.
- Inside 7 days of check-in the booking is non-refundable.
