Our guests come for Reds and Bengals games, the Cincinnati Open in Mason, college games and youth tournaments. Those trips have different rhythms: a single stadium outing, a family following a college team, or several tournament sessions across a weekend. Your arrival plans and sleeping assignments matter as much as the number on a listing.
Bengals trips use Paycor Stadium, Reds trips use Great American Ball Park, and FC Cincinnati plays at TQL Stadium. UC football uses Nippert Stadium; basketball may use Fifth Third Arena or Xavier's Cintas Center. Check the official schedule before choosing lodging dates.

Send the number of players, parents and coaches staying overnight. Assign an adult to each apartment and decide which families need private bedrooms. Each apartment has its own kitchen, bathrooms, sleeping areas and living room.

The downstairs apartment is reached up a few exterior steps and has no stairs inside it; the upper apartment has more stairs, including the climb to the third floor. Excellent property for a group trip! The place was clean, spacious, exactly as described, and within walking distance to local coffee shops and a couple of fast food spots. Getting to the Reds, Bengals, and Bearcats games was quick and convenient. The owner was super responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again!
We loved our stay at Preston's place! We rented it out for our daughter's basketball team and loved the fact that we could be all together and yet in separate apartments at the same time. Each apartment was well stocked and had everything we needed! It was easy to find and easy to get into. Also, can't say enough about the fact that we don't have to clean up everything when we leave! Although we obviously did it anyway, but I wasn't stressed out about things they may have been forgotten! Highly recommend this host and this place!
We stayed at Preston’s place for a Bengals game. The two homes were perfect for our large, extended family. Everyone had private space but living areas to congregate and spend time together. Very clean, great ambiance and style. I appreciated the amenities-soaps, basic supplies in the kitchen, and plenty of linens.
Good to Know
Check-in is 4 PM. Early arrival or bag drop can often work when nobody checks out that morning. With a same-day checkout, it depends on the turnover. Send your arrival time and keep a separate bag plan until early arrival is confirmed.
Send the number and type of vehicles, including any van or bus. Historic Gem has a driveway, and street parking serves the other houses. I will talk through the fit with you before booking; please confirm larger vehicles with me before making transport plans.
Airbnb caps a single booking at 16 guests, while our houses sleep 20, 22 and 32. Use the inquiry below with the full overnight headcount. The two Francis houses together sleep 42, and all three have a combined capacity of 74, subject to the houses being available for your dates.
These historic houses have steps at entry and stairs between floors. They are a poor fit for anyone who cannot manage stairs. Tell me about mobility needs before choosing the house, and check the actual floor plan with the person who will use it.
