If you've been hunting for a space for the bridal party to stay, look no further. A whole house gives the wedding party a kitchen for the morning-of breakfast, a living room for the night before, and one address for the shuttle — with enough bathrooms that nobody is waiting on a mirror.
Our three houses sit in East Walnut Hills, a historic neighborhood five minutes from downtown Cincinnati and minutes from the wedding venues in Over-the-Rhine, Mt. Adams, Walnut Hills, and Northern Kentucky — close enough that hair and makeup can run long and you still make the ceremony.
Couples book us two ways. Either the wedding party takes a house for the getting-ready day and the night before, or the out-of-town family takes one for the whole weekend so they aren't scattered across three hotels. Either way it's one reservation, one address for the invitation insert, and one place everybody comes back to after the reception.
The houses are a short walk from one another — two sit next door, with one a street away — so you can book one for the bridal party, another for the groom's family, and a third for the bride's family. With air mattresses included, the three houses can sleep up to 70 people! It's like your own private hotel block.

Wedding weekends are what we're best known for, but the houses do the same trick for other groups: corporate retreats and team offsites that want meeting space and beds in the same building, and family reunions where every branch of the family wants a door that closes. Yes — it's one of the most common reasons groups book us. Hair and makeup vendors are welcome, and the 3-Unit Building's third-floor bathroom was designed for several people doing makeup at once.
