Sleep, get ready and share brunch at our East Walnut Hills houses, then head out to Over-the-Rhine, downtown or Covington. Separate apartments let friends spend the weekend together with some breathing room. Choose your lodging around the people who are staying overnight.
Registered guests only. No parties or events at the houses. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 9 AM, and the houses have noise-level monitors and exterior cameras. No pets and no smoking. Make sure everyone in the group understands these rules before you reserve, including anyone who expects to stop by during the day.
Use the house for sleeping and getting ready with registered guests. Ask before making arrangements with a photographer, hair stylist or makeup artist; the reservation does not automatically approve outside daytime visitors.
Start with who is actually staying overnight. A group of close friends sharing rooms needs a different arrangement from several couples or two circles of friends meeting for the first time. Our houses are split into private apartments, each with its own entrance, kitchen, bathrooms, living area and sleeping spaces.
Compare beds and bathrooms. Capacities include queen air mattresses in living areas, and some bedrooms are semi-private. Use the house descriptions to assign private bedrooms and shared sleeping spaces before booking.
Separate apartments help friends with different schedules. Organize the shared routine so everyone has time to get ready before your planned departure.
Use the kitchens to make the morning simple: groceries chosen together, a relaxed breakfast, and time to get ready without sending every friend out in a different direction. Each apartment has its own kitchen, so meals can be organized around the people using that space. Decide ahead of time who is bringing food and which groceries you want on arrival.

For the night out, the drive estimates use Washington Park as an Over-the-Rhine reference, Great American Ball Park for downtown and MainStrasse for Covington. Your chosen destination may be elsewhere in those neighborhoods, so use its actual location when arranging a ride. Agree on transport within the group before heading out.

The separate downstairs and upstairs apartments can suit two sets of friends who want their own routines. There are five bedrooms and three bathrooms, plus driveway parking. Three apartments open off a grand foyer, with five bathrooms and outdoor dining and seating. The house sits above the street: there are 22 exterior steps, then interior stairs to the second and third floors. Look through Victorian Estate with anyone who may find those stairs difficult.

Good to Know
Only registered guests are allowed. Ask about extra daytime people before making arrangements. No parties or events are allowed, and the lodging reservation does not authorize a gathering with visitors.
The standard check-in time is 4 PM. An early check-in or bag drop is often possible when there is no checkout that morning. On a turnover day it depends on cleaning. Send me your timing before arranging appointments at the house, and wait for confirmation.
Your group reserves the whole house. Victorian Estate has three apartments off a shared foyer, and the three-unit building has interior stairs between its apartments. Historic Gem has two apartments with separate entrances. Check each floor plan before deciding how your friends will divide up.
